I recently visited Elitecare Emergency Hospital because I wasn’t feeling well, and from the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I had made the right choice! First impressions are everything, and this facility exceeded my expectations. The entire hospital was extremely clean, including the restrooms, waiting areas, and patient spaces. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal! Their concierge team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, offering snacks, water, blankets, and even freshly made homemade cookies! It’s the little things that make such a BIG difference, especially when you’re not feeling your best. What stood out to me most was how accommodating and thoughtful everyone was. They truly understand the importance of making patients feel cared for, respected, and comfortable. Elitecare Emergency Hospital is the definition of TOP-TIER service! It’s rare to find a medical facility that combines cleanliness, hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care so effortlessly. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone needing emergency medical attention. 10/10 across the board! The staff was very professional and friendly. It took me longer to complete the paperwork than it took the staff to assess me and obtain lab work. The care I was given was superb. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elite Emergency Hospital! This was my third time receiving care here, and every single experience has been exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt heard, cared for, and genuinely treated like a person—not just another patient. Dr. Koussayer was incredibly attentive and took the time to listen to all of my concerns and make sure I understood everything. The nurses were amazing, compassionate, and consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. The CT/radiology tech was wonderful as well, and the patient concierge made the entire experience feel even more welcoming and supportive. During this visit, I had to stay for observation, and the level of care I received throughout my stay was outstanding. Everyone was attentive to my needs, listened when I had questions or concerns, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. And to top it all off, they were beyond sweet and thoughtful enough to send me flowers afterward! 🥹💐 That small gesture meant so much to me and truly shows the level of compassion and care they have for their patients even after they leave. After three visits and consistently receiving excellent care, I can confidently say I would absolutely recommend Elite Emergency Hospital for your medical needs. The front staff Tyler had a great smile and welcomed  me in.. helped me with my paperwork.when I was called to be back in no time at all. Megan ,Ariel, Latayvia were fast with great mannerisms. Fantastic level of service! Very attentive staff that caters to your every need. They have staff members who will check with you on a regular basis to see if you need a beverage, or a blanket, etc. The physician was in the room in under 10 minutes to perform his assessment. The nursing staff, was very attentive and had made contact with me in under three minutes from entering the room. It is a very clean, well maintained facility and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I was seen for sudden, unexplained, severe back pain. I was immediately given painkillers to ease my discomfort. I had a full assessment performed by both a nurse and a physician. I was sent for X rays and a CT of my spinal column. I was given multiple medications to help with pain and swelling and received a referral to a prominent Sports Injury facility.... All of this was accomplished in under an hour and thirty minutes. My Dr was AMAZING Dr Tracey Antill, he spoke to me with care and clarity EVERY nurse i encountered was very friendly and helpful!!!! I couldn't give this location a better review! Last month I had my first ever kidney stone and thought I was on my death bed. Even at midnight, the staff here took no time in getting me checked in and in a bed within minutes. They nurses and doctor were incredible! Amazing hospital and I didn't even have to pay a copay since I'm a teacher! I went in with chest pains and high blood pressure and they actually caught that there was a problem with my gallbladder. They didn't just do the minimum to get me out of the emergency room and they made sure that I knew that I was driving the car and that I could leave whenever I wanted. If I didn't want more tests. I did not feel pressured and I felt seen by everyone that worked there. I really liked that they did not have to transfer me anywhere. They were able to do all the tests there and they got back quickly. They did echoes, ultrasound, blood test, x-rays, and even a stress test for my heart. If I did not want any of these they said that's okay. They would not do it then it was up to me. I really appreciated that. The facility itself was so nice! If you have to stay overnight they get your meals from Denny's! They even supplied me with an overnight bag that had a fan and charger inside of it. For my next emergency I will definitely come back here. I really appreciated their professionalism, bedside manner, and efficiency in diagnosing what was wrong with me and helping me fix it.

Elite is always my family's go to "urgent care" ER. We are always put into a private room immediately and seen by a Dr shortly there after.  The staff is friendly, the doctors thorough and patient. Well, we partied a little too hard on our cruise & my Husband hurt his foot. We had heard that Elite Care emergency hospital was the best around. As soon as we got to port we made our way there. We were met by Arlene at registration who quickly had us all signed in and paperwork handled. They immediately took us to the back were Juan & Brandy our nurses assessed my husbands foot and then sent him for x-rays. Not long after Dr. Jhingree confirmed that he did in fact break his foot. Whitteny came in the room and she was just the sweetest and talked with us about her upcoming cruise as we told her all about ours. My prefer emergency hospital. Both my husband and I have been there several times. The quality of care by the doctors and staff is genuine! Everything about this place is amazing and top notch. Wait time is less than a traditional ER hospital. It's very clean, cozy , and comforting. And if you have to stay overnight or a few days they order you food from local restaurants and when you leave you are presented with a handmade crocheted twin size bedspread and a gift bag with great goodies.
