Came in with severe shoulder/neck/arm pain mid-morning of 10/23/26. We were greeted immediately by a very pleasant young lady who we later found out was the "concierge," Whitney. The lobby was clean and well-stocked with drinks, coffee, and snacks, and we were escorted to the back after a very short wait. The RN came in quickly for initial assessment, was very friendly, and did an excellent job of keeping us updated on everything during the entire visit. Radiology staff and Dr. Jhingree were very professional, and the whole staff did everything possible to get the pain under control. Whitney came in several times to check on us and see if we needed anything further. We were so pleasantly surprised! Not that anyone WANTS to go to an ER, but this visit was much better than the typical ER visits were you sit for hours on end being ignored, only to leave feeling exactly like you did when you walked in. Big kudos to the entire staff at Elite Care ER in League City...will definitely be recommending it to all my family and friends!

Woke up sick at 4:30 AM and needed immediate care. Jamie, the registrar was so kind and before I even finished my paperwork Megan called me back for treatment. I needed a CT scan and they sent the sweetest tech, Roz. She explained everything thoroughly so there weren’t any surprises for me. Shan drew my blood and got it the first time even though I was dehydrated. This is a big deal because my veins usually blow. Shift change brought Martin in as my nurse and he was well versed in what was happening with me. He was attentive and professional. Dr. Jhingree explained all of my test results in a way I could understand. I was blown away at the personal treatment I received!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 EXPERIENCE — TOP-TIER SERVICE! I recently visited Elitecare Emergency Hospital because I wasn’t feeling well, and from the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I had made the right choice! First impressions are everything, and this facility exceeded my expectations. The entire hospital was extremely clean, including the restrooms, waiting areas, and patient spaces. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal! Their concierge team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, offering snacks, water, blankets, and even freshly made homemade cookies! It’s the little things that make such a BIG difference, especially when you’re not feeling your best. What stood out to me most was how accommodating and thoughtful everyone was. They truly understand the importance of making patients feel cared for, respected, and comfortable. Elitecare Emergency Hospital is the definition of TOP-TIER service! It’s rare to find a medical facility that combines cleanliness, hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care so effortlessly. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone needing emergency medical attention. 10/10 across the board! Thank you to the entire team for making an unpleasant situation such a positive experience! 👏🏽💯

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elite Emergency Hospital! This was my third time receiving care here, and every single experience has been exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt heard, cared for, and genuinely treated like a person—not just another patient. Dr. Koussayer was incredibly attentive and took the time to listen to all of my concerns and make sure I understood everything. The nurses were amazing, compassionate, and consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. The CT/radiology tech was wonderful as well, and the patient concierge made the entire experience feel even more welcoming and supportive. During this visit, I had to stay for observation, and the level of care I received throughout my stay was outstanding. Everyone was attentive to my needs, listened when I had questions or concerns, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. And to top it all off, they were beyond sweet and thoughtful enough to send me flowers afterward! 🥹💐 That small gesture meant so much to me and truly shows the level of compassion and care they have for their patients even after they leave. After three visits and consistently receiving excellent care, I can confidently say I would absolutely recommend Elite Emergency Hospital for your medical needs. I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Koussayer and the entire team for taking such wonderful care of me. Thank you for going above and beyond every single time! 🩵💐

Fantastic level of service! Very attentive staff that caters to your every need. They have staff members who will check with you on a regular basis to see if you need a beverage, or a blanket, etc. The physician was in the room in under 10 minutes to perform his assessment. The nursing staff, was very attentive and had made contact with me in under three minutes from entering the room. It is a very clean, well maintained facility and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I was seen for sudden, unexplained, severe back pain. I was immediately given painkillers to ease my discomfort. I had a full assessment performed by both a nurse and a physician. I was sent for X rays and a CT of my spinal column. I was given multiple medications to help with pain and swelling and received a referral to a prominent Sports Injury facility.... All of this was accomplished in under an hour and thirty minutes. Simply an amazing group of medical professionals. I highly recommend their services!

I couldn't give this location a better review! Last month I had my first ever kidney stone and thought I was on my death bed. Even at midnight, the staff here took no time in getting me checked in and in a bed within minutes. They nurses and doctor were incredible! Not to mention, they sent me flowers to my home afterward. 10 stars!

Carolyn

Amazing hospital and I didn't even have to pay a copay since I'm a teacher! I went in with chest pains and high blood pressure and they actually caught that there was a problem with my gallbladder. They didn't just do the minimum to get me out of the emergency room and they made sure that I knew that I was driving the car and that I could leave whenever I wanted. If I didn't want more tests. I did not feel pressured and I felt seen by everyone that worked there. I really liked that they did not have to transfer me anywhere. They were able to do all the tests there and they got back quickly. They did echoes, ultrasound, blood test, x-rays, and even a stress test for my heart. If I did not want any of these they said that's okay. They would not do it then it was up to me. I really appreciated that. The facility itself was so nice! If you have to stay overnight they get your meals from Denny's! They even supplied me with an overnight bag that had a fan and charger inside of it. For my next emergency I will definitely come back here. I really appreciated their professionalism, bedside manner, and efficiency in diagnosing what was wrong with me and helping me fix it.
