I’ve been here before, and it’s always been a great experience. Jamie with registration was very polite and welcoming. Our nurse Kelly was very sweet and nice to my daughter. Dr. Antill was very nice as well. Best of all was our radiology tech Lydell, extremely kind and funny and made the visit a lot better for my kid. Overall couldn’t have asked for a better group of people!

Absolutely incredible experience!!!! They saw me fast and had great bedside manner, so professional and knowledgeable! I will be recommending them to everyone!!! Jamie was so kind and happy and welcoming! the whole place was anything but sterile. Martin and Victoria were great nurses! And Dr Jhungree was phenomenal. 10/10!!!

I came in with covid, I felt awful, body aches, fever and just not my usual self. Staff was great! Nurse gave me a shot that immediately took my aches. Dr confirmed test results and prescribed medications with instructions and sent me on my way. Week later I am doing much better. Thanks to, Jamie, Victoria, Clarissa, Tara, Olivia, Vicki, and Dr. Antill.

Best experience EVER!!! My nurse was Kate and she was literally the sweetest nurse I’ve ever had!! She took such very good care of me and was sooo sooo patient and kind!! The doctors and other staff were very nice as well! I highly recommend coming here, they definitely will take good care of you!

Recently visited and ended up in an overnight stay. I was extremely pleased with the timely care and friendly and accommodating staff. Special thanks to the night crew: Nancy, Jessica, Brandy, Jazmin, Kirstin, Tiera, Duy and Dr. Fisher, and the day crew: Jamie, Victoria, Clarissa, Nina, Olivia and Sharonda, Vicki and Dr. Koussayer!

Every time I come here everyone I interact with has been so kind and helpful. Dr. Vincent (who I had most recently) made me feel heard and well cared for. He and the staff that night (Jessica, Mary, Nancy, Jazmin, Parthvi, and Christiana) took good care of me. Dr. Vincent also suggested a good rheumatologist for future care. Any time I ever need ER care, this will be the location I go to. Thank you guys so much!

Jamie at registration is super friendly. As well as the while staff Craig, Victoria, Travia, Vicki, Rosalin (Go Xray!) And Dr. Jhingree! Was a great experience. Will definitely come back here next time we need urgent care.

Nurses katy and Brittany were incredibly knowledgeable kind and caring. Doctor Serrano was knowledgeable and wanted to help. Clean rooms and just felt comfortable being here.

The facility is very clean, modern, and comfortable. Starting with Jamie at the front desk, the staff was professional and friendly. Not to be outdone, Victoria and Clarissa were equally so and were empathetic to the pain I was experiencing. Olivia in radiology was very kind and straight to the point without making me feel rushed. Dr. Jhingree was friendly and patient while I detailed my complaint as best I could. Admittedly, I have been to Elite emergency a few times over the past couple of years (guess I’m getting to that age) and everyone I’ve come in contact with has always carried a warm and welcoming disposition. Top marks!

Such an amazing experience here! We were seen almost immediately upon coming in and all the staff was super nice, attentive and accommodating. They took great care of my hubby and me (as the wife of the patient). We have been several times before but this was the first time on the room side where you stay for monitoring. The room was very comfortable and homey…not your typical hospital room at all. We will always choose Elitecare in the future!

The treatment I received was spot on and made me feel better quickly. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone who wants to be seen as a priority rather than just another number.
