The next time you or someone in your immediate family has a medical emergency, head to Elitecare Emergency Hospital and present your Hero Card, (Download below) along with your ID and badge, when you check in. We’ll cover the emergency room co-pay for the cardholder and for the card-holder’s immediate family member — anytime, every time. It’s that easy!
