It’s Time To Take A Stand For Emergency Care

With the end of the Texas legislative session coming on May 27, 2019, it’s time to take a stand. Insurance companies are doing what they do best…delaying and denying to avoid covering their patients. We are fighting for several bills that protect patients and hold insurance companies accountable.

Time Is Running Out!

Tell your legislators insurance companies need to honor their contractual and legal obligations to cover your medical emergency. Tell them to end the rampant and disgraceful practice of denying coverage for emergency services to patients when they are at their most vulnerable, and often after claims have already been approved.

Insurance companies need to stop delaying and denying Texans the coverage they need. It’s a matter of life and death. What good is insurance if we can’t use it in an emergency?

The 86th Texas Legislature will conclude on May 27, 2019. We must act now by telling our legislators where we stand!

Don’t Delay Texas!
